This step is carried out in order to verify technical skills, and give you the opportunity to have an idea of our technical level. There are different tests for each type of position.
The interviews with the team aim to gather more information about your experience, test results, and cultural fit, as well as provide you with the opportunity to meet with potential colleagues.
The final interview is conducted by Mark Glasberg (CEO/Founder) and is focused on your technical skills/knowledge and long-term career objectives.
The offer meeting is conducted by the COO and will present the hiring offer and establish an agreed-upon response date and start date.
